Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the bac444 platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds, or simply creating an account — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bac444 platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bac444 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — written or verbal — relating to the subject matter herein. bac444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. bac444 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access to any user at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where these Terms have been violated, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a bac444 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bac444 enforces a strict 18+ policy and does not permit access to any individual under the legal gambling age.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors and individuals under legal guardianship are not permitted to register.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on bac444. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the bac444 platform or any related platform. Attempting to register while self-excluded is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, email address, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. bac444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail.

bac444 actively works to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by or used by an individual under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining balance may be forfeited. bac444 encourages parents and guardians to use device-level parental control software to prevent underage access to online betting platforms.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino services on bac444, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires providing accurate personal information including a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You may also be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and a phone number linked to your preferred payment method (such as your registered bKash or Nagad number).

Account security is your responsibility. • bac444 will never contact you by email or phone to request your password or full payment credentials. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity, until you notify bac444 of any unauthorised access.

bac444 may, at any time, request identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All bac444 accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment methods supported by the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi financial institutions. bac444 does not accept international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed in the platform cashier.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your bac444 balance within two minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to registered mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of request approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bac444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Verification Hold: bac444 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification. During this hold, the support team will contact you with documentation requirements.

All deposits made to a bac444 account must be sourced from funds that legitimately belong to the account holder. Deposits from third-party sources, shared wallets, or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

bac444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, casino cashback, and seasonal promotions timed around major Bangladeshi events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period is clearly stated on each promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each registered account is eligible for each promotional offer a maximum of one time. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, sports bets, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced percentage. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be subject to permanent closure.
• Right to Withdraw: bac444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited and actively in play at the time of withdrawal.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the bac444 platform — whether on sports markets, live in-play events, or casino games — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game, as displayed within the platform interface at the time of placing the bet. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for matters directly relating to that game's conduct.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered confirmed and binding only once a unique bet reference number has been issued and displayed to you on screen. Bets that do not receive a reference number due to connectivity issues or system errors are not valid and will not be settled.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, game, and account status. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface before you confirm a wager.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 internationals), football, tennis, and kabaddi are subject to suspension at any point during play due to real-world events. bac444 is not liable for the inability to place or modify bets during temporary market suspension periods.
• Palpable Errors: bac444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous (a "palpable error") due to system malfunction or human data entry error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account in full.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond permitted limits, or where the outcome is undeterminable. All void bets result in a full stake refund.
• Casino Game Integrity: All casino games available on bac444 utilise certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer streams from regulated studios. The outcomes of casino games cannot be influenced by bac444, by the game provider, or by the player outside of the normal game mechanics.

Cricket betting on bac444 — covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and domestic competitions — follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches where applicable, consistent with international cricket standards. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bac444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including misrepresentation of identity, age, or payment method ownership.
• Money Laundering: Using the bac444 platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit purpose. bac444 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker variants, or any other interactive game format. This includes chip-dumping, signal systems, or any other form of cooperative cheating.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the bac444 platform or any of the game engines it hosts. Any suspected vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] and must not be exploited.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games on your behalf without explicit written permission from bac444.
• Account Sharing and Selling: Transferring, selling, gifting, or otherwise permitting another individual to use your registered bac444 account.
• Harassment: Using any communication feature on the bac444 platform — including live chat — to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other players or bac444 staff members.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in relation to legitimate bac444 transactions. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for the disputed amount.

Account Suspension & Closure

bac444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Receipt of a voluntary self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Detection of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Any other circumstance where continued access poses a risk to the platform, to other users, or to the account holder themselves.

In cases where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, bac444 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances, winnings derived from prohibited conduct, and any amounts subject to an active investigation. Real-money deposits that are not under investigation will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method.
